Teen DBT Skills Group
Who: High school students ages 14-18.
What: This 8-week psycho-educational skills group teaches skills from the DBT modules of core mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Please note: This is a skills group and is not an intensive or adherent DBT program.

Parenting Teens Who Are Trans Or Non-Binary
Who: Parents/guardians of children in middle and high school who have come out as transgender and/or non-binary.
What: This is a social support group for parents/guardians to get together and talk about what it is like to have a child who is trans or non-binary. Group members are welcome to complete one or two quarters of the group or can continue indefinitely as they form a supportive community of parents sharing this experience. This group meets every other week.

High School Gaming Group
Who: High school students ages 14-18 with an interest in playing longform campaign-style group games like D&D.
What: This 9 week therapy group will play a tabletop role playing game (RPG) campaign in the style of Dungeons and Dragons and the Critical Core gaming system, which was developed by mental health professionals.
