Why

The winter holidays can be an especially difficult time for teens who have lost a loved one or are in the process of losing someone. It can be a tough time to acknowledge all feelings during a time when people expect others to feel deeply thankful or embrace holiday excitement. During the holiday season it’s even more important to have a safe space to continue to process emotions about our loss as well as a space to share and remember memories of our loved one(s).
